Transat is offering to reimburse holders of travel credits issued as a result of COVID-19 between February 1st, 2020 and April 29th, 2021

 
  • Laurier Du Vallon customers who are affected by this new Transat policy will be contacted individually in the coming weeks. Customers do not need to contact us to receive their refund.
  • To be eligible for the new Transat policy, customers must meet the following criteria:
    • Be a holder of a travel credit issued as a result of the COVID-19 before April 29th, 2021
    • Your departure was scheduled on or after February 1st, 2020
    • Your reservation was made before April 29th, 2021
    • Your travel credit has not been transferred
    • You have not submitted a claim to your insurance company
    • Your reservation is not the subject of an active chargeback request or has not already been refunded by my credit card issuer
  • Note that if you have used your travel credit to make a new reservation, but have not yet traveled, you are eligible for a refund if you request it no later than 24 hours prior to your departure by August 26th, 2021.
