• As of July 19, random testing for fully vaccinated travellers will resume at Canada's four major international airports: Montreal-Trudeau (YUL), Toronto-Pearson (YYZ), Vancouver (YVR) and Calgary (YYC).
  • The tests will not be done directly at the airports, but at a pharmacy or during a virtual appointment with a health professional using a self-test.
  • Selected air travellers will receive an email notification within 15 minutes of clearing customs. They will have access to instructions on how to complete the test in their respective region.
  • If the test result is positive, the traveler will be required to isolate him/herself for 10 days from the date of receipt of the test result, in accordance with federal requirements.
