New Walt Disney World Resort Customer Experience

In response to COVID-19

  • Wearing of the face cover

    Due to the COVID-19, the wearing of the face cover is mandatory for all visitors aged 2 years and older at the Walt Disney World Resort, including the Cast Members. Please bring your own face covers and wear them at all times except when eating, drinking or swimming. In addition, a temperature check may be required to enter certain areas.

  • Disney's Typhoon Lagoon & Disney's Blizzard Beach

    Disney’s Blizzard Beach and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water parks remain closed at this time, pending government approvals

    Current plans are to reopen one of the two Disney water parks on March 7, 2021. The opening date is subject to change. If so, it will be announced in a future update.

  • Magic Bands

    Visitors staying at a Disney hotel with an arrival date by December 31st, 2020 will receive a free Magic Band. Magic Bands will no longer be offered free of charge to new bookings with arrival dates on or after January 1st, 2021.

  • Heures Magiques Supplémentaires

    The Extra Magic Hours benefit for visitors staying at Disney hotels is temporarily suspended due to COVID-19. Future updates will be communicated to you in due course.

  • Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets

    For an undetermined time, visitors will only be able to visit one park per day. The Park Hopper and Park Hopper Plus options are temporarily suspended.

  • Disney Fastpass+

    Due to the impact of Covid-19, the FastPass + service will be suspended for the time being as the Walt Disney Word Resort plans to use the queue space to manage attraction capacity and promote physical distancing. All previous FastPass+ selections have been revoked. We will share future updates on the service later.

  • Dining Plans

    Please note that due to physical distancing, capacity and availability in restaurants will be very limited and some experiences such as meals with the characters will not be offered. As a result, Disney Dining Plans are temporarily suspended. We will keep you informed of future updates.
