Currency

Health

The Public Health Agency of Canada recommends that you consult a health professional to discuss vaccinations for the following diseases: hepatitis B, influenza, tick-borne encephalitis, yellow fever and measles. When in doubt, remember not to eat anything that has not been boiled, cooked or peeled!

Passports

“Germany is a Schengen country. Canadian citizens do not need a visa to travel to Schengen countries. However, you can only travel without a visa for 90 days or less within a 180-day period. Stays are cumulative and include days spent in any Schengen country. “Government of Canada

According to the Canadian Government, your passport must be valid for at least 3 months after the date of your expected return from the Schengen area.
