The federal government has announced the following changes taking effect on February 28^th:

• End of restrictions on re-entry for children 12 and under
• Authorization of antigen tests performed 24 hours prior to arrival in Canada (must be validated in a laboratory, in a health care facility or by telemedicine)
• Return of Travel Health Notices Level 2
• Return of random PCR testing at Canada Customs for fully vaccinated travellers and end of isolation while waiting for results
