You can book now in all safety on our secure website. Laurier du Vallon will act as a representative on your behalf with the suppliers who offer the travel services you have chosen. You must be at least eighteen years of age to use this service.
When making a reservation on our transactional site, you are choosing a product according to your expectations, without prior consultation with one of our agents. Your reservation will confirm the travel services you have chosen along with the acceptance of the general terms and conditions set forth by the wholesaler and/or supplier associated with your reservation. Your purchase will be charged to the credit card on file with the selected supplier. It is your responsibility to consult these documents. Should you need further information before making your reservation, please contact one of our team members. You will find our contact information at www.laurierduvallon.com.
Travel documents (valid passport, visa) and health information:
The spelling of the passengers’ full names must be identical to the one on the passport. In addition, you are solely responsible for having the required travel documents with you: valid passport and/or visa, letter of parental authorization if you are travelling alone with a child, vaccines, etc. Please note that most countries require that your passport be valid for 6 months beyond your date of return.
Should you require further information on this subject, please contact one of our team members. You will find our contact information at www.laurierduvallon.com. You can also go to http://travel.gc.ca/travelling/documents for additional information. In all of these cases, no refund shall be issued and the terms and conditions of the wholesaler and/or supplier shall apply.
The Public Health Agency of Canada provides information regarding recommended vaccines. We recommend that you consult their website at: www.phac-aspc.gc.ca
Other important considerations:
Our goal is always to make your trip a success. Without trying to disengage ourselves from our responsibilities in your project, we wish to specify the following elements in order to better meet your expectations:
- Flight schedules are subject to change without notice and are completely out of our control. We therefore recommend that you check the schedules on the air carrier’s website on the eve of your departure.
- Additional costs such as tourist taxes and/or airport taxes may apply at destination.
- Hotel rooms are usually available as of 3 p.m., even if you arrive in the morning. Rooms must be vacated before noon on the day of departure.
- Special requests made when booking are not automatic and the agency shall not be held liable if these requests are not fulfilled. Although we follow up with the supplier, we cannot guarantee any special request.
- Should you wish to cancel or modify your trip, you must contact a member of our team. You will find our contact information at www.laurierduvallon.com. A cancellation or a modification can result in possible costs of up to 100% of the initial cost depending on the supplier’s terms and conditions and the travel services bought. Laurier du Vallon reserves the right to charge a $25 fee per passenger for any modification or cancellation.
